  • 7. 5. Put the bowl in the fridge for 1 hour or longer.

  • 9. then coat them in the breadcrumbs.
  • 10. 7. Pan-fry the steaks in hot oil until golden brown.
  • 11. 8. Put the steaks on a ovenproof baking dish.

  • 13. mozzarella over each steak.
  • 14. 10. Pour the tomato pur over the beefsteaks.
  • 15. 11. Bake the beefsteaks in heated oven
  • 16. (200C degrees) for 20-30 minutes and serve.
  • 17. Note:
  • 18. A meat pounder will help tenderize the meat.
  • 19. Choose any kind of tender meat
  • 20. (veal, minute steak, etc.) that you like.
  • 21. You can replace beefsteaks with chicken breast fillets.
  • 22. You can serve "bife parmegiana" with rice,
  • 23. lettuce or Brazilian style potato salad.
