Como Fazer

  • 1. 1.Take out equipment and ingredients. Preheat oven 375 degree F.

  • 2. 2.Melt butter in a large nonstick fry pan over medium heat.

  • 3. 3.Finely chop onion and add to pan as you chop.

  • 4. 4.Sauté until just translucent, then remove from heat.

  • 5. 5.Whisk egg whites until frothy in a mixing bowl.

  • 6. 6.Add yolks, cream, milk, biscuit mix and pepper.

  • 7. 7.Whisk together until well blended.

  • 8. 8.Add cooked onion into egg mixture and stir until well combined.

  • 9. 9.Spray a 9 pie plate with cooking spray.

  • 10. 10.Pour egg mixture into pie plate.

  • 11. 11.Drizzle pizza sauce all over egg mixture.

  • 12. 12.Slice mushrooms and finely chop green pepper. Be creative and add anything else you like.

  • 13. 13.Sprinkle cheese all over top.

  • 14. 14.Bake in hot oven. Set timer for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown and an inserted knife comes clean.
